Who we are

Launched in 2012 with the support of the Algerian Startup Initiative (ASI), Casbah Business Angels stems from the common desire of both Silicon Valley and Algeria based CEO’s and entrepreneurs to bridge the gap between the Algerian and American entrepreneurship models, and to use their collective experience and capital to invest in promising and innovative start-ups and ideas in their home country. 

What we do

CBA’s main goal is to promote the whole start-up ecosystem in Algeria, as well as to introduce the ambitious Algerian youth to modern entrepreneurship concepts, by offering investment opportunities, mentorship, and a follow up for the strategic and financial decisions.

Our Vision

To become one of the largest regional source of funding early-stages innovative projects with the goal of creating a significant number of new entrepreneurs and startups on their way to success.
